4th of July Fireworks on Hilton Head Island

Come on out to Hilton Head Island for this year’s 4th of July Celebration, there are many great places to have fun and celebrate this year!

Salute our armed forces from beach this fourth of July! This awesome annual military flyover takes place over the entire coast of South Carolina.  The F-16’s are on schedule to be over Hilton Head beaches approximately at 1:30 with the vintage aircraft following behind at a much slower pace.  This is an event you don’t want to miss!

After you’ve caught the flyover from the beach, pack up and get ready to head over to Harbour Town in Sea Pines for fun activities, great food, beverages and live music. Fireworks start around 9:00pm.  Just a $6 plantation entry fee at the gate and you’re in!

You can also celebrate at Shelter Cove, just across from the Palmetto Dunes resort.  Enjoy food, drinks, fun and a live show from Shannon Tanner from 6:30-8:00pm.  Fireworks at Shelter Cove will start around 9:15pm, and don’t forget that the Palmetto Dunes “Dunes Buggy” will continue to operate until the celebration is over!

Or you could enjoy a fireworks show off of Skull Creek at Hudson’s Seafood Restaurant or at the Skull Creek Boathouse.  Enjoy live music, fantastic food and beverage, a great sunset,  fireworks start at 9:30pm.  Free shuttle and parking will be provided at the Chart House parking lot until 10:00pm.
