Dr. Oz Swimsuit Water
- 1 Liter Water
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- Juice from 1 Lime
This recipe is from Dr. Oz’s “May Diet”, and is not only tartly refreshing but helps rev up your metabolism.
- 1 Cup Watermelon Chunks
- 1/2 Cup Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup Rhubarb Juice
- Blend and serve with fresh mint
