Happy Labor Day!

Labor Day is almost here, and this is the first holiday that I will be spending on Hilton Head Island since I’ve moved here. I am very familiar with the Island now, and thankfully I am no longer getting lost. I have had such a fantastic time getting to know the Island and the people as well, that time has just flown right by. I have gotten to do some many neat things, such as dolphin watch, kayak, and I’m getting ready to go parasailing over Labor Day Weekend! Not only do I get to sail over the island and take amazing pictures while I am up there, but I will also get the chance to follow quite a few celebrities at the 30th Annual Celebrity Golf Tournament on Hilton Head Island Friday September 2nd through Sunday September 4th by volunteering at the tournament.

The great thing about Labor Day is of course the long weekend and the Monday when you don’t have to go into the office. It’s a day to relax and enjoy yourself, whether it is having a family picnic on the beach, or attending all of the fabulous events and activities going on around the Island. Labor Day to me is the kick off for football season and fall, and if you are lucky enough to be on Hilton Head Island for Labor Day weekend you can guarantee yourself a wonderful time.

While on the Island, why don’t you check out a few homes or villas that may suite you and your family for a week vacation during the fall season, because nothing beats going to the beach without the worry of sunburns. The fall is the perfect time to come without the busyness of the summer crowds, and it’s a time for bonding with your family and friends.
